Welcome
Greeting and welcome to my website.

My name is Patricia Perry. I am a
professional historical interpreter, a
member of the Association for Living
History, Farm and Agricultural
Museums and the former Chairperson
for the Blackstone Valley Interpreter
Network. I live in Rhode Island, am a
former junior high school teacher and
I'm also a bit of a history nut.

I believe that history is more than
museums and old photos. It's about how
real people lived. It's about what they
ate and wore; how they made
themselves beautiful, tried to keep
healthy, who they loved and how they
loved.

My programs are "edutainment". That means while you are having fun, you are also learning. All my
shows are thoroughly researched and presented with an eye on accuracy but without the dust one
often finds old history books.

If your site or event requires informal interpretation (unscripted), look no further than Sneak Peek
Productions to entertain guests, provide photo opportunities, or highlight your museum, inn, hotel or
event's historical significance or contribution.

Give me a call or drop an e-mail if you have questions or when you're ready to book a show.
I hope to hear from you soon. Become a
Facebook fan to receive daily Historical Tidbits.
Breaking News:
On September 15, 2013, the wait is over. After two years of study and research, Dolley Madison
is finally ready to present two programs. One program will be "
Dolley's Recollections", a
collection of memories of her adventures. Dolley was the first First Lady to have a photograph
taken. She was also the first person, after the creator, to send a telegram. Dolley also help lay the
cornerstone of the Washington Monument. The second program is "
The War of 1812". Dolley
will tell about the war from her perspective, from her husband's desperate ride across the
countryside to raise troops to her disagreeable interaction with a local woman who refused her
shelter. Call to book your time with Dolley, a true American hero.

The
Timescapes adventure is now available. This program is designed for events or facilities
looking to entertain members for many hours or even days. Please check out the Timescapes
page
for an overview or call (401) 663-5612 to arrange a meeting to learn all about Timescapes:
